Our Services
Three services. Each matched to a different stage of change.
We offer a small set of carefully defined engagements rather than a broad catalogue. Each one is built around what organisations actually need at a specific point in a transition.
Back to HomeHow We Work
Our methodology in plain terms
Every engagement at Ardentia begins with listening. Before any plan is written or framework applied, we spend time understanding the specific situation — the history behind the change, the concerns circulating in the organisation and the leaders who will carry it forward.
From there, the work moves in stages: understanding where the organisation is, mapping where it needs to go, structuring how it will get there and supporting the people doing the moving. The three services we offer correspond to different depths of that journey, and many clients engage us for more than one of them over time.
We do not import a pre-set model and apply it unchanged. Our methods are structured and well-tested, but they are always adapted to the client's language, culture and pace.
Diagnose
Understand the starting point — what people know, what they feel, what they need.
Plan
Structure the transition — sequence, communication and manager preparation.
Accompany
Stay alongside as the change unfolds, adjusting the approach when the situation requires it.
Hand Over
Transfer knowledge and capability so the organisation is stronger than when we arrived.
Change Readiness Review
Scope: 2–3 weeks · RM 620
A gentle assessment that helps leaders understand how prepared their people and processes are for an upcoming shift. Through interviews, a short survey and a review of existing communications, we surface concerns early and identify what support will help most. Best suited for
Teams about to begin a structural, system or role-based change who want a clear picture of their starting point before the transition begins.

Mid-sized organisations introducing new ways of working, reporting structures or operational processes who need a clear sequencing and communication strategy.
Change Roadmap & Communications Plan
Scope: 4–6 weeks · RM 2,600
A structured engagement to shape how a change will be sequenced, communicated and supported across the organisation. We help define phases, identify who needs what information and when, and prepare clear messaging that respects people's time and concerns. The emphasis is on transparency and steady momentum rather than disruption. Suited to mid-sized organisations introducing new ways of working.

Embedded Change Support
Scope: 3–5 months · RM 4,550
A longer accompaniment in which we work alongside your leadership and teams as a change unfolds. We help maintain rhythm, listen to feedback, and adjust the approach where reality differs from the plan. Knowledge and confidence are handed to your internal champions throughout, so capability remains once we step back. Suited to organisations navigating a significant, multi-month shift.
What is included
- Regular working sessions (bi-weekly or as agreed)
- Ongoing feedback reviews with staff and managers
- Adaptive approach — plans revised as the situation evolves
- Internal champion coaching throughout the engagement
